Alexandrides advised the Hellenic Export organization for over twenty years in export development, especially to the U.S. with export publications seminars and conferences in Athens and the major cities of northern Greece. The export campaign was aimed at promoting Greek products which were in demand abroad, not only in the agricultural but other business and manufactury. The U.S. input process was explained with a listing of the names of importers, agents and distributors. The differences in the culture and business transactions between the two countries was analyzed in order to avoid blinders and create a favorable marketing environment. The use of digital commerce in marketing and logistics was promoted with the existing computer software programs and platforms.
